Skillsmax is a not for profit organisation that aims to assist those furthest from the community by providing relevant and effective activities which strengthen the individuals social, life and employability skills.
Skillsmax vision is to;

Equip individuals with knowledge and skills to make better informed decisions

Strengthen individuals ability to manage change in their lives

Maximise individuals ability to engage in activities which are rewarding
Skillsmax is primarily funded by grants. These have been successful in that they have been able to pilot new projects for specific target groups, refine delivery via a Service Improvement Plan and contribute towards the development of longer term projects.
